How do I delete my account?

Open Pet Capsule → SettingsAccountDelete Account. This removes your profile, cloud-synced pet data, memories, vault documents, and any data shared with caregivers. The action is irreversible.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → choose Pet Capsule → Cancel Subscription. Your premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period.

How does Pet Capsule use AI with my pet's data?

AI requests are routed through our secure proxy — the model never has direct access to your account. Personally identifying details are redacted before the request leaves your device. Read more in our privacy policy.

I lost my pet — how do I use the QR code?

Open the pet's profile → Lost PetGenerate QR Code. Print and attach to the collar. Anyone scanning it sees a short, time-limited page with the pet's name, photo, and a one-tap "Contact owner" button — your phone number and email stay private.

How do I share my pet with a family member or caregiver?

Tap SettingsCaregiversInvite. Choose what they can see and do (view-only, log tasks, edit profile). Invites expire in 14 days if not accepted.
